Refund policy

1. General Return Policy
At Prinseska, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions below.
2. Hygiene and Personal Care Products (Strict Exception)
In accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods that are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been broken or removed after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: All personal care, hygiene, and beauty products that have been opened, used, or had their protective seal tampered with cannot be returned or refunded.
Condition for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original, unopened packaging.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
